The Eat4Change Project Manager is a unique opportunity to use your skills in developing and managing significant projects or programmes to save the planet. We have recently received funding to lead a project to engage European youth with sustainable diets. Eat4Change is a collaboration with several WWF Network offices and the youth-run non-profit organisation AISEC. We need you to help deliver this vital project to reduce the environmental impact of food consumed in Europe and help achieve Sustainable Development Goals and climate change treaties.
All life on Earth depends on our oceans. They regulate our climate, generate the oxygen we breathe and provide food and livelihoods for hundreds of millions of people. WWF are working to protect them and to build support among millions of people for ocean recovery. In partnership with Sky Ocean Rescue, we are launching an advocacy campaign calling on the UK government to act before it’s too late. We are now looking for a Political Lead to work with an amazing media partner and make this happen.
Food production is one the major contributors to the decline of global biodiversity. Seafood represents around 17% of global animal protein consumed within our diets and sustainably produced seafood can help alleviate some of the sustainability issues related to terrestrial animal protein sources. As part of WWF-UK’s Fight For Your World and Food for Future strategies we are working to create responsible seafood trade, which is where your skills come in.
